The Embassy of Canada in Thailand and Canada’s Diplomatic Offices in Cambodia and Laos are seeking proposals for the Canada Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI). The CFLI is a targeted small-grants program designed to fund visible, high impact, results-oriented projects. The thematic priorities include gender equality, human rights, accountable governance, peace and security, and environmental action.
