MIC adheres to a high-quality standard of work on research, training and advisory services through a quality assurance procedure such as technical peer review and monitoring by an Advisory Board.

MIC’s services are designed and executed within an ethical framework that emphasizes the principles of consultation, participation, transparency, informed consent, confidentiality of data, local ownership, and respect for privacy and wellbeing of stakeholders. We are devoted to strengthening local capacity, partnership and sensitivity to local culture. MIC operates with neutrality, constructivism for development, and freedom from political affiliation. We do not perform work that causes a social problem or conflict of interest, and sternly support the principle of good governance.
